{"id":54716,"date":"2025-12-03T09:59:35","date_gmt":"2025-12-03T01:59:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ljdevice.com.tw\/?p=54716"},"modified":"2025-12-03T09:59:35","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T01:59:35","slug":"nvidia-says-gpus-generation-ahead-googles-ai-chips","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ljdevice.com.tw\/en\/nvidia-says-gpus-generation-ahead-googles-ai-chips\/","title":{"rendered":"Nvidia says its GPUs are a \u2018generation ahead\u2019 of Google\u2019s AI chips"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nov 25 2025<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"RegularArticle-QuoteInBody-1\" class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/NVDA\/\">Nvidia<\/a><span id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><\/button><\/span><\/span>\u00a0on Tuesday said its tech remains a generation ahead of the industry, in response to Wall Street\u2019s concerns that the company\u2019s dominance of AI infrastructure could be threatened by\u00a0<span id=\"RegularArticle-QuoteInBody-2\" class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/GOOGL\/\">Google\u2019s<\/a><span id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><\/button><\/span><\/span>\u00a0AI chips.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re delighted by Google\u2019s success \u2014 they\u2019ve made great advances in AI and we continue to supply to Google,\u201d Nvidia said in a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/nvidianewsroom\/status\/1993364210948936055\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">post<\/a>\u00a0on X. \u201cNVIDIA is a generation ahead of the industry \u2014 it\u2019s the only platform that runs every AI model and does it everywhere computing is done.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"BoxInline-container  \">\n<div id=\"BoxInline-ArticleBody-5\" class=\"BoxInline-container\" data-module=\"mps-slot\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The post came after Nvidia saw its shares\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/11\/25\/nvidia-shares-today-google-meta-ai-chip-report.html\">fall<\/a>\u00a03% on Tuesday after a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theinformation.com\/articles\/google-encroaches-nvidias-turf-new-ai-chip-push?rc=ppx8vg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a>\u00a0that Meta, one of its key customers, could strike a deal with Google to use its tensor processing units for its data centers.<\/p>\n<p>In its post, Nvidia said its chips are more flexible and powerful compared with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/11\/21\/nvidia-gpus-google-tpus-aws-trainium-comparing-the-top-ai-chips.html#:~:text=Custom%20ASICs%2C%20or%20application%2Dspecific,companies'%20reliance%20on%20Nvidia%20GPUs.\">so-called ASIC<\/a>\u00a0chips \u2014 such as Google\u2019s TPUs \u2014 which are designed for a single company or function.
