In fact, this is the PS5 Slim, although the Japanese manufacturer itself does not call the new product that, preferring to call it the \u201cnew PS5\u201d. The prices for the new console will not differ from the prices for current versions of the PS5.<\/p>\n<p>The volume of the new PS5 is reduced by more than 30% and the weight by 18% and 24% respectively compared to the previous models PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition. The main difference in terms of characteristics is the new product\u2019s solid-state drive increased to 1 TB. Previously, the PS5 was only equipped with an 825 GB SSD.
